Refund policy
30-Day Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of the date you received your order. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items on sale or marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at modernfindsint@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will coordinate with the supplier and provide you with the correct return address and shipping instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at modernfindsint@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
