Refund Policy

At Modern Finds International, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and arrange for the return of the wrong item at our expense.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Exchanges
